As I write this, there are less than 24 hours until the spectacle of the Trump 2.0 administration takes office. Like many of you, I am dismayed—not just at the fact that we find ourselves at this juncture but at the deeper implications of what this means for humanity. Four more years of Donald Trump and his ever-accommodating array of oligarchs with their snouts firmly entrenched in the feeding trough is a stark reminder of the lessons we’ve yet to learn as a collective.
But within this seeming despair lies a silver lining.
You see, the human collective has a peculiar way of learning—it often takes fear, pain, and trauma to catalyze meaningful growth. Authoritarian regimes, even fascist ideologies, have haunted humanity repeatedly, each time revealing their inherent destructiveness. Yet it seems that the collective consciousness hasn’t fully integrated the lesson. Perhaps, then, this chapter of history serves a higher purpose. Maybe, just maybe, this experience will awaken the collective to the dangers of xenophobia, nationalism, and misguided ideologies cloaked in righteousness.
As dire as the situation may appear, there is always the potential for transformation. It begins with how we respond—individually and collectively. While many may sink into despair, feeling powerless in the face of such a monumental challenge, I urge you: don’t despair—take action!
Humanity’s Collective Journey
In the years of relative normalcy during Joe Biden’s administration after the fiasco of the first Trump administration, I was optimistic that the broader “we the people” had learnt its lessons. We saw on full display the power plays of Donald on the campaign trail, his constant obstruction of normal judicial processes, and his bizarre and perverse antics. To be honest, it is exhausting going through all of the receipts to make the case that this guy is wholly unfit for high office. And to be fair, there was a lot of push back by new media against the relentless onslaught of lies and disinformation perfected by Steve Bannon. Surely, all but a handful of misguided souls can see how dangerous this dude is.
There was a moment where I genuinely thought that we had turned the corner and can truly begin the journey into a broad base of higher consciousness. But sadly, I and many other misunderstood and underestimated the extent of deeply held conservative thinking in America. Rather than vote in favour of the broader good of humanity, way too many people voted in dissatisfaction of the price of eggs, immigration and support for Ukraine. We simply underestimated the level of a radical dissatisfaction with the social and political status quo across the democratic world. Incumbent governments all over the world are distrusted and despised by the public. This is how Donald, with the help of the tech bros and other oligarchs managed to hijack democracy. And so, here we are.
The transition team, guided by the principles of Project 2025, are promising a shock-and-awe approach to the first days of the new administration. They are doing this to see how far they can go, and how docile the broader populace has become. They plan to trade in fear in order to keep you in a state of inaction.
This whole scenario reminds me of the early days of Hitler’s rise to fascist autocracy. And we all know how that played out. Too few people mounted a credible resistance to the rise of populism that Hitler took advantage of to seize power. Little by little, checks and balances were undermined until it was too late. This is the boiling frog syndrome in action.
The Energetic Cost of Despair
Thankfully, at least 70 million Americans voted against Donald. And there will be a group people who voted for Donald because of their dissatisfaction with the price of eggs and transgender demonization, for whom the penny will drop when their social security is cut, their neighbors are deported, their jobs are lost, their healthcare becomes unaffordable, their security is threatened.
But here is the thing. Despair is more than an emotional state; it’s an energetic trap. When you succumb to hopelessness, you immobilize ourselves and reinforce the very dynamics that need to be dismantled. As we’ve explored in our many group SFT tapping events, despair feeds the energy of control and subjugation. It keeps you small, disempowered, and disconnected from our higher potential.
The Role of SFT Tapping in Collective Transformation
Jen Ward with her SFT tapping technique and energy healing abilities has taught thousands of clients how to confront and release fear at its root—whether it stems from personal trauma, collective programming, or past-life imprints.
One of the most transformative moments in her healing sessions is when clients realize that fear has no power beyond what we give it. By releasing these energetic attachments, you open yourself to clarity, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose. Imagine the ripple effect if millions of people tapped into this awareness.
SFT tapping isn’t just a tool for personal healing; it’s a powerful modality for collective empowerment as well. Over the years, Jen and I have facilitated hundreds of group SFT tapping events that have addressed everything from dismantling systems of control to restoring humanity’s connection to its higher purpose. Each tap, each intention, sends ripples into the energetic field, creating shifts that go beyond the individual. Just take a look at the extensive library of group SFT tapping events that are available for free on the Jenuine Healing website.
Turning Pain Into Purpose
The next four years will undoubtedly bring challenges. It gives me no pleasure to say this, but people will get hurt, and people will die as a direct result of Donald’s reckless pursuit of power over purpose.
Your job is to keep yourself informed while remaining detached from the drama of it all. One of the best ways to do this in a tangible sense is to regularly participate in our group SFT tapping event. You can register for events here. We are currently holding them every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 5PM New York time. They are free, and they create a sacred space where you can add your synergy to the profound collective energy healing work we are doing. And if you can’t attend events in real-time, tap along with us using the video recordings of the events.

This is not a time for despair; it’s a time for action. On the eve of this inauguration, we invite you to join our group SFT tapping event. Together, we will channel the energy of fear and despair into empowerment and purpose.
By coming together in this way, we not only heal ourselves but contribute to the healing of the collective. This is how we take action—by shifting the energy that sustains the very systems we wish to dismantle.
Choosing Empowerment Over Fear
The Trump 2.0 administration is a challenge, yes, but it is also an invitation. An invitation to step into our power, to reject despair, and to take inspired action. The world doesn’t change because we wish it would; it changes because we do.
Join us. Let’s turn this moment of crisis into a moment of transformation. Let’s create the world we know is possible—one tap at a time.
